Brian Henzel represents clients in wide range of practice areas, however, he focuses the majority of his energy on litigation and real estate matters.
Mr. Henzel’s litigation practice involves handling disputes of all sizes and types throughout the state and federal courts of New York, including matters involving breach of contract, personal injury, foreclosure and bankruptcy. As former in-house counsel to a large, diversified manufacturing company, Mr. Henzel has extensive experience in the defense of mass toxic tort claims.
Mr. Henzel’s real estate practice is devoted to advising a wide range of clients, from first-time homebuyers to large commercial developers in all aspects of the purchase, sale, leasing and development of residential and commercial property.
A native of Webster, New York, Mr. Henzel attended Webster High School and received his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. Mr. Henzel received his law degree from Albany Law School (Union University) where he graduated magna cum laude and was an Associate Editor of the Albany Law Review.
Mr. Henzel is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Monroe County Bar Association.
